Children’s Self Defence
Karate instruction is not fear based, but serious fun, empowering young children to recognise “what they can do in life” rather than focus on “what they cannot do”. Regular skills practice of simple but effective kids self defense training school in Adelaide moves empower and assist our children to make positive choices in life.
My program has been taught in many schools in South Australia and as a part of the Active After Hours, within the Australian Sports Commission framework, encourages and promotes many Life Skills sometimes lacking today.
Children training at our school will be helped to develop their confidence, improved self esteem and trust, to enable them to accept the challenges of today and of the future. Being active and promoting a healthy life style is our goal for our students possible your children.

We have specially designed classes that are targeted at children's developmental levels.
We start training with our Fit Kidz classes at 2 years old. These classes run for 45 minutes and teach children's basic and essential skills like focus and paying attention. This class is a great prerequisite for Tiger Cubs.
These classes run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays at 11 am
When children turn 4 the can enter our Tiger cubs classes which are more structured and focus more on karate basics. Children have specific syllabus they need to master before going for a formal grading and moving up belt levels.
Tiger Cub students are then assessed at the age of 8 based on their skill levels and enter our main stream Shotokan-do karate classes as Cadets.
Tiger Cub classes run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4pm and Saturday's at 10am.
